Thirty-two years of experience as Project Manager, Market Analyst, Customer Service Supervisor, Sales Manager, and Account Executive, including 16 years with Southwestern Bell and AT&T, in healthcare, finance, education, government, retail, wholesale distribution, professional services, manufacturing, and shared tenant industries.

Since 1985, President of Prettyman and Associates. Responsible for negotiating telecommunications purchases for Clients in the range of $20 to $30 million annually, and for managing Client facilities during and after deployment.

Substantial in-depth market research capabilities: author of AT&T’s Long Distance Marketing Plan; authored vendor seminar for Positive Consultant Relationships; competitive analysis of vendors and products; vendor price and delivery negotiations.

Superior written and verbal communications skills: strong personal customer servicing skills, developed and trained Client personnel on numerous Telemarketing programs; radio, television, and media advertising campaigns; media-trained spokesperson.

Extensive Project Management experience in all facets of voice, data, network, building distribution systems, and cabling deployment.

Major projects include:

Dallas Public Schools (Dallas ISD): System design, RFP, vendor evaluation and assessment, and quality control of voice, data, and network with 3 major voice switches, 9 nodes, IVR, messaging, video switching, optical fiber backbone, integration of LAN-based employee directory, and city-wide coordinated dialing plan for 20,000 lines.

University of Texas-Pan American: System design, RFP, vendor evaluation and assessment, and quality control of deployment of voice/video switch, data, and network campus-wide via multi-strand fiber infrastructure and internal building distribution cabling, to interconnect all communications modes to all facilities throughout campus.

Centex Homes, nation’s largest homebuilder, 52 locations: inventory all voice, data, network, video, and wireless communications. Electronic documentation and digital photographs stored permanently on Client LAN. Y2K compliance assurance. Creation and evaluation of alternative designs to expand existing WAN to network 550 sales offices nationwide, standardize equipment, and increase real-time connectivity.

City of Allen, TX: System design, RFP, vendor evaluation and assessment, and quality control of voice, data, and network in campus environment of a dozen locations.

Mariner Post-Acute Network, 433 long-term health care facilities nationwide: co-Project Manager for physical inventory of 126 locations, for all voice, data, network, video, and wireless communications. Identification and evaluation of available technology options.

Twenty-eight years with Dallas Independent School District, including twelve years in telecommunications as System Administrator, Software Design, and Training. Certified in Avaya Definity, Intuity Audix, Vector Design, Basic Call Management, System Administration, Definity ACD, and World Class Routing Administration.

On-site physical inventory of 24 long-term health care facilities, recommended expense reductions of $125,500 recurring annually. On-site physical inventory for a large homebuilder, Y2K compliance assurance, and evaluation of alternative designs.

Associated with the company for the past twelve years, Ms. Wagner is Manager of the Tampa, FL, branch office of Prettyman and Associates. She serves as Project Manager for implementation of system upgrades and network installations at Client locations.
