2. To design a PBX-based System –

Over 38 major design projects ranging in size from 1,000 to 20,000 lines, including single site, multi-campus, and up to 550 wide area locations

Strong RFP development experience in PBX, CO-based, Voice over IP, messaging, IVR, LAN, WAN, wireless, wiring, cabling, long distance, payphones, cell, beepers, and overhead paging.

Fourteen major projects to transition CO- to PBX-based systems

Five major projects to convert and advertise new prefix to the community:
Chaparral Steel – obtained 10,000 lines, successfully moved prefix to new CO, added DID, and metro ability

Dallas Public Schools – obtained last prefix in 214, designed 10,000-line dialing plan for district-wide networking

Rio Grande City Consolidated Independent School District – obtained new prefix after moving from CO- to PBX-based system

City of Dallas – negotiated ability to keep same prefix citywide when moving from CO- to PBX-based system, and to add second prefix (not implemented since City decided to remain on existing CO-based system)

City of McAllen – obtained new prefix and 1,000 lines for citywide dialing plan
