Supervised 10 field personnel responsible for physical inventory of equipment, lines, and services. Designed format for documentation of all information in a LAN-accessible database. Identification, evaluation, and recommendation of current technology options, lease buyout options, inventory costs, and return on investment. Wrote RFP and conducted vendor negotiations for systems upgrades, long distance, cellular, and paging for 55,000 employees nationwide, resulting in a net savings of $1.4 million annually.
