Responsible for all voice systems, messaging, cell phones, long distance, pagers, pay phones, and overhead paging for 433 long-term health care hospitals and nursing facilities nationwide.
Supervised 10 field personnel responsible for physical inventory of equipment, lines, and services. Designed format for documentation of all information in a LAN-accessible database. Identification, evaluation, and recommendation of current technology options, lease buyout options, inventory costs, and return on investment. Wrote RFP and conducted vendor negotiations for systems upgrades, long distance, cellular, and paging for 55,000 employees nationwide, resulting in a net savings of $1.4 million annually.

Completed physical inventory of 56 locations for Trinity Mother Frances. Prettyman & Associates visited each site, tested lines, labeled demark properly, reconciled bill and returned credits on billing to client.
