Physical inventory and business analysis of all voice, data, network, video, and wireless communications for nation’s largest homebuilder at 52 regional office locations. Electronic documentation and digital photographs stored permanently on Client LAN. Performed Y2K compliance assurance. Creation and evaluation of alternative designs (a) to ship voice over existing virtual private network WAN, (b) to expand WAN to network 550 sales offices nationwide via copper and thin-client, and (c) to standardize equipment and increase real-time connectivity. Formulated systems designs, implementation plans, and provided project management at seven locations to coordinate installation activities of Lucent, Nortel, PacBell, Bell South, GTE, Southwestern Bell, Time Warner, U.S.West, and independent local wiring contractors.
