Fee structure -
Audit with Physical Inventory
Audit Project Professional Fees will not exceed
the greater of
| (a) |
a $5,000 minimum, or |
| (b) |
50% of the total of refunds, bill credits,
and differences in one-time charges to Client,
plus 50% of the total difference in recurring
vendor charges for a period of twelve (12)
months, invoiced at time of implementation. |

Expense Reimbursement
In addition to Professional Fees, Client agrees
to reimburse necessary reproduction expenses;
equipment purchases and shipping made at Client's
direction; necessary travel expenses outside of
Dallas County including airfare, rental car, parking,
local transportation, automobile mileage, travel
time; and whenever overnight travel is required,
lodging, and per diem at the standard IRS-authorized
rates.
Typical expenses average $300-$600 per site visit.
Savings Estimate
Annual savings are estimated between Two to Three
Months recurring vendor billing for all voice
and data telecommunications products and services
audited by Consultant.
You should expect to receive to savings ranging
from 16% to 25% of current year's budget. Savings
of 33% (four months billing) are not unusual.
